Currency and Processing

Donations are processed in Central African CFA franc (XAF) through secure third-party payment processors. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your financial information.

Tax Deductibility

Donations to TJ Hope Foundation may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by Cameroonian law. We recommend consulting with a tax professional regarding the deductibility of your donation. TJ Hope Foundation does not provide tax, accounting, or financial advice.

Upon request, we will provide a donation receipt for your records. Please retain this receipt for tax purposes.

Use of Donations

Unless otherwise designated for a specific campaign or program, donations will be used for general operating support at the discretion of TJ Hope Foundation's leadership. We are committed to using all donations efficiently and effectively to further our mission.

If a designated campaign is fully funded or discontinued, we reserve the right to redirect your donation to a similar program or our general fund, unless you request a refund as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Financial Transparency

In accordance with Cameroon law, TJ Hope Foundation prepares annual financial statements and activity reports submitted to the Ministry of Territorial Administration (MINAT). We are committed to financial transparency and accountability.

6. Refund Policy

General Policy

As a nonprofit organization, donations are generally non-refundable once processed. However, we will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

• Accidental duplicate donations
• Technical processing errors
• Fraudulent transactions
• Designated campaign cancellation (if you do not wish to redirect your donation)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of your donation:

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
